All orders are generally shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). However, for small retail orders, we may ship through the United States Postal Service. At our discretion, we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, but we will ship to APO for military customers.
Regular shipping and Handling (S&H) within the continental US are free. Outside the continental U.S., S&H is 5% of subtotal on all items purchased. Expedited shipping (three-days, two-days, or next day) is also available at an additional cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is very important to us that your shopping experience is positive and satisfactory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please call at 623-760-4854 and we will fix the problem as fast as possible.
You can return your purchase for an exchange or full refund within 45 days of the original ship date of your order. Any returns after that date are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for any return shipping fees. All refunds will be refunded to our credit card within four weeks of the returned shipment or you may select to receive a gift card. Returned items must be in its original packaging, clean and in brand-new condition.
To exchange an item, return the item you wish to exchange to us and indicate in writing the item you with to exchange it for. You are responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you.
